Privacy policy

We built this store to sell statement apparel, not personal profiles. This policy explains the limited information we collect, why we use it, and the services that help us operate the store.

Store analytics

This site does not load advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or third-party analytics scripts in your browser. It stores random visitor and session identifiers so we can understand aggregate store activity. Events can include page and section views, petition-link clicks, bundle selections, cart contents and value, and whether checkout was started. These analytics events do not include your name, email address, phone number, street address, or raw IP address.

Your browser also stores your bag and any active discount code so they remain available as you move through the site. Clearing this site's browser data removes those local identifiers and saved items.

Information you provide

• Discount offer. We collect the email address you submit to deliver and manage the offer. If you separately provide a mobile number and consent to texts, we also collect that number and your consent status.
• Orders. Stripe collects your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information. We receive the order and contact information needed to fulfill the purchase and provide support.
• Customer support. We keep the information you include when you contact us, such as your email, order number, message, and photos needed to review a product problem.

Payments

Stripe processes card payments on its secure checkout page. DEFLOCK Shop does not receive or store your complete card number.

Service providers

We share information only as needed to operate the store:

• Stripe processes payments and maintains transaction records.
• Printify and the selected print partner receive the order and shipping information needed to produce and deliver your items.
• Our email and messaging provider receives the contact information needed to deliver your offer and any communications you agreed to receive.
• Vercel hosts the storefront, and Upstash stores anonymous analytics counters and discount-code records.
• Advertising platforms may receive a server-side purchase conversion event after checkout. Contact identifiers are cryptographically hashed before that event is sent; no advertising script is loaded in your browser by this store.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights and safety of the store, customers, or others. We do not sell personal information.

Security and abuse prevention

Our server uses a one-way hash of the requesting IP address to limit abuse of the discount form; the raw address is not saved in the discount record. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses and request data as part of delivering and securing the site.

Your choices

Reply STOP to a marketing text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop emails. You can clear this site's data in your browser to remove the local visitor identifier, bag, and discount code.

Access, correction, and deletion

Email support@deflockshop.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity. We may retain records when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
