Shipping policy

DEFLOCK products are printed to order and currently ship only to United States addresses. Review the available service and delivery estimate before payment.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping is $8.99 for US orders under $75.
• Standard shipping is free on US orders of $75 or more, before tax.
• Express may be available for eligible tees. Its price and current estimate will be displayed before payment.

A single shipping charge covers the entire order, even when items ship separately.

Production and delivery estimates

Each item enters production after your order is accepted. Printing and packing can take up to 10 business days, and carrier transit time is additional. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you order, or within the period required by applicable law when no timeframe is stated, we will notify you and let you agree to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped item for a prompt refund.

Separate packages

Apparel and accessories may be produced by different print partners. A bundle can arrive in two or three packages on different days. You will receive tracking for each package as it ships.

Addresses and delivery problems

Check your shipping address before paying. If you notice a mistake, email support@deflockshop.com immediately. We can correct it only before the order enters production. If a carrier returns a package because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we may require payment of the new shipping cost before resending it.

For a package marked delivered but not received, first check the delivery location and contact the carrier. Then email us with your order number so we can investigate.
