These terms apply when you use this site or place an order with DEFLOCK Shop. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be limited.
1. About this store
DEFLOCK Shop is an independently operated apparel shop. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by DeFlock.org, Flock Safety, Change.org, the petition organizer, any camera manufacturer, government agency, law-enforcement agency, or advocacy organization. References to third-party names are for identification and commentary. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable tax and shipping charges are shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. Submitting an order authorizes the displayed charge but does not require us to accept an order affected by a pricing error, unavailable item, suspected fraud, or technical problem. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
3. Made-to-order products
Products are printed after you order. Review the product description, size selection, and printer measurements before paying. Display colors can vary by screen, and small differences in print position or color can occur during production. These normal production differences are not defects, but materially incorrect, damaged, or misprinted items are covered by our Returns Policy.
4. Face coverings and gaiters
Face coverings and gaiters are fabric statement accessories. They are not medical devices or protective equipment. They do not block, defeat, degrade, or interfere with cameras, license-plate readers, facial-recognition systems, sensors, or recording equipment, and they do not guarantee anonymity or concealment.
5. Lawful use
The designs sold here are peaceful political and cultural expression. They are not instructions, encouragement, or endorsement of vandalism, harassment, trespass, obstruction, or interference with public or private property. You are responsible for using the products lawfully and for following any local rules that apply to face coverings.
6. Production, shipping, and delays
Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Bundle items may be made by different print partners and can arrive in separate packages. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you order, or within the period required by applicable law when no timeframe is stated, we will notify you and offer the choice required by law: agree to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped item for a prompt refund.
7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Contact support@deflockshop.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We can cancel an order only before it enters production. Made-to-order products are not returnable for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind after production begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Damaged, defective, materially incorrect, and confirmed lost items are handled under our Returns Policy.
8. Bundles and discount codes
A crossed-out bundle price is the current sum of the included pieces purchased separately. Discount codes are time-limited, limited to one per order, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn before use. The valid price and eligibility are recalculated on our server at checkout.
9. Intellectual property
Unless identified as belonging to someone else, the original artwork, wordmark, photography, and site content belong to DEFLOCK Shop. Buying a physical product does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, or commercially use that intellectual property.
10. Warranties and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, the products and site are provided without additional warranties, and our total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss where that exclusion is permitted by law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the site and future orders. The version published when you place an order applies to that order. Questions can be sent to support@deflockshop.com.
